RETURNS + EXCHANGES
EXCHANGES
If you return your items to our store, we will gladly process an exchange for you. Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges when returned items are shipped back to us due to our inventory constantly changing. If this is the case, we encourage you to return and then repurchase!
RETURNS
We happily accept returns within 14 days of receiving your items. Items must be either shipped back or returned in-store no later than 14 days after the delivery date of your items. If you are shipping back your items, please email returns.linenandwildflower@gmail.com in order to be emailed a return shipping label. In your email, please have your order number as the subject line and then the items you are wanting to return. You can find the item SKU on your order sheet, which was emailed to you at the time of your purchase. Please allow 1 business day for your return label to be emailed to you; it will be emailed to the email address on your order invoice. Packages must have a shipping date no later than 14 days after the delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund. In the event the return shipping date is not within the return timeframe, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.
Returns are given in the form of store credit via an e-gift card emailed to the email address on your order invoice. In order to receive store credit, clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, not soiled and with their original tags in tact. In the event these parameters are not fulfilled, the items will be sent back to the customer and a store credit will not be given.
